Catchin' Up....

As most know when we moved to our new to us renting from a WONDERFUL lady at the Church who has opened her house to us and others on more than one occasion (did ya get all that?) we knew we wouldn't have internet.

Hence why nothing has been posted in a couple months. All that being said, one of our neighbors has been kind enough to allow us to use her internet and piggy back off her wireless so that we would be able to check e-mail allow me to keep this blog open and communicate with family just a little bit easier.

How long we'll have internet for, we're not exactly sure...it's in God's hands. After all, we're faithfully trusting over here. ;-)

Until the time that we don't have it anymore...I'm going to attempt to post at least 3 times a week either menu plans or how to's or whathaveya.
