I've been experimenting with different drink combinations in order to stave off the cravings of soda. I find that if I have something mixed in with water than I'm less likely to even want a soda much less reach for it.
This one is a about 3 oz or so of Diet Cranberry juice with about 4 oz of water and a couple of frozen strawberries. (Ours are leftovers from puttin' up this summer but you can use whatever you have on hand.) I did end up adding a little bit of honey to sweeten it after the first round of refilling the water.
